		<description>The Pens have to decide how they can keep this young squad together because there is no doubt that money will soon get in the way. With Cap room now in  effect talent is hard to keep (Just look at Hossa). Malkin is a player who will impact any team he plays for and might want to get out from the shadows from the kid. Also there goaltending seems like it could be coming together with first pick Marc-Andre Fleury struggling for the first half of the season and now coming into form.</description>
